Sarahfaye Sanford, LPC-MHSP, is a compassionate and experienced mental health professional with over 12 years of experience working clinically with adults, adolescents, and children. She integrates a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches in her work, including Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Self-Compassion Theory, and is in the process of becoming certified in Play Therapy.
With a certification to lead trauma-informed restorative yoga, Sarahfaye understands the transformative power of somatic interventions and incorporates mind-body techniques to help clients heal while reconnecting to themselves.
In her free time, she enjoys needlepointing, reading, working out, traveling, spending time with friends and family, and being outdoors.
