Linda Mabe, LMFT, is a compassionate and holistic Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 20 years of experience helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges. She earned her Master of Education in Marriage and Family Therapy from Carson-Newman University and has been a licensed LMFT since 2004.

Linda works with clients of all ages, including children, teens, and adults, using evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), mindfulness techniques, and trauma-informed care. For younger clients, she incorporates play therapy to provide a safe and engaging space for growth and healing. Her areas of expertise include trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, marital issues, and navigating changes within family dynamics.

As a Christian therapist, Linda offers faith-based support to those who seek it, respecting the unique beliefs and values of each client. She embraces the power of laughter, creativity, and connection as essential tools for healing and incorporates these elements to foster joy, self-awareness, and resilience in her clients.

In addition to her work as a therapist, Linda is a singer-songwriter with a deep appreciation for nature, a love for plants, and a passion for hiking. These interests fuel her understanding of the restorative power of creativity, the natural world, and physical activity in the healing process.

Linda is committed to walking alongside her clients on their journey toward healing, balance, and growth. She works to create an environment where hope, harmony, and well-being can thrive for individuals, couples, and families alike.
