Abede Tesfa

Abede Tesfa obtained his master’s degree along with an education specialist degree from Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida. His undergraduate degree is in Psychology and was also received from Florida State University. Mr. Tesfa has experience in individual, group and career counseling, and has worked primarily with teenagers and adults. He has experience in myriad settings ranging from in-home counseling, prison, youth shelters, university counseling centers and state hospitals.

Mr. Tesfa has been experienced in counseling techniques such as: Cognitive-behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Reality Therapy, and Systems Theory.

Mr. Tesfa has a love for hiking, backpacking and camping with friends and loved ones. His hobbies/interests also include gardening, reading and exercise. He likes to cook and always enjoys the dishes he makes, even if others do not!
