Sarahfaye Sanford

Sarahfaye Sanford is a mental health counselor pursuing licensure in the state of Tennessee. She holds an undergraduate degree in psychology, a Master of Arts in Couples and Family Therapy, and a Master of Arts in School Counseling. She is a National Certified Counselor and a licensed K-12th grade educator.

Sarahfaye has over twelve years of combined counseling experience in substance abuse and school based therapy. In her career, she’s worked alongside those working through anxiety, grief, trauma, postpartum anxiety/depression, substance abuse and addiction, Borderline Personality Disorder, Conduct Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, and social anxiety. Her approach incorporates facets of traditional talk therapy as well as somatic interventions like tapping, breath work, meditation, and movement.

Sarahfaye is experienced in CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Motivational Interviewing, EFT tapping, Enneagram, Choice Therapy, Couples/Marital Counseling, and Family Counseling and Rogerian (client centered) therapy.
